Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive via phone at 713-435-4818.
We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Correct an Error on My Order
If you've made an error on your order (an address typo, put the wrong items in your shopping cart, etc) just give us a call at 713-435-4818. and we will correct the error for you. Make sure to call us right away after the order has been placed. If your order has already shipped we may not be able to make the correction.
Product Availability
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not immediately available for shipment, you will be notified via email within 2 business days. We will make every effort to ship your order complete. However, if one item is on an extended backorder, we will ship the order in 2 parts. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered.

- We accept credit cards issued outside of the United States but do not offer international shipping.
- We do not offer the ability to split payments onto multiple credit cards at this time.
- Multiple gift cards may be used on an order.

Shipping and Delivery
International Order
At this time, Pickleball Express only ships to the United States and all US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and military bases. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.

Apparel Warranty
Apparel are not guaranteed under any manufacturer's warranty. However, Pickleball Express will still accept returns on defective items within 90 days after they were purchased.
