6-Month Outsole Durability Guarantee (One-Time Only)

Pickleball Express provides a one-time 6-Month Outsole Durability Guarantee on select pickleball shoes. If the rubber outsole wears completely through to the midsole within six (6) months of the original purchase date, the customer may return the shoes for a one-time replacement or warranty credit.

Coverage applies only to the original purchaseReplacement shoes or shoes purchased using a warranty credit are not eligible for a new warranty claim.*

*Please note:

  • This warranty applies only to the rubber outsole. Wear or damage to the upper, toe guard, or other areas does not qualify.
  • Do not return the shoes until your warranty claim has been approved.

How to Initiate Your Claim

  1. Email our Warranty Department at Warranty@PickleballExpress.com with:
  • Pictures of the shoe soles
  • Order number or a copy of your original receipt

2. Customers are responsible for shipping the shoes back to Pickleball Express.

Options for return:

  • Prepaid FedEx Ground label: Available for $6.95, which will be deducted from the warranty gift card. Contact us to receive the label via email.
  • Ship on your own: Send the shoes to:

Pickleball Express provides warranty shipping labels for customers in all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

3. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and the claim approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your warranty gift card information.

Important:

  • The 6-Month Outsole Durability Guarantee applies only once per purchase.
  • Any replacement shoes or shoes purchased using a warranty gift card are not eligible for additional warranty claims.

  • Diadora: Torneo 3 AG
  • Head: Revolt Pro
  • K-Swiss: Ultrashot
  • Lotto: Mirage 300 Speed
  • Mizuno: Wave Exceed Tour
  • New Balance: Fresh Foam, Coco CG, FuelCell 996, 1006v1
  • Nike: Zoom Vapor Cage 4
  • Wilson: Rush Pro 4.0, 4.5, Intrigue Tour

Note: Clay-court models are not eligible for the 6-Month Outsole Durability Guarantee.

If the original style is unavailable, customers will be contacted to select a replacement of equal or lesser value within the same brand, or a store credit will be issued.

Submit Warranty Directly to Manufacturer 

For the following brands, customers must submit the warranty claim directly to the manufacturer. Please email Pickleball Express at Warranty@PickleballExpress.com first. Our team will provide guidance and, if needed, supply a copy of your invoice and confirm your contact information to help facilitate the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Shoe Defects  

If you believe your product is defective, please email our Warranty Department at Warranty@PickleballExpress.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect

Important: Submitting a claim or photos does not constitute confirmation of a defect. Defects can only be verified after the product is received and inspected by our Warranty Team. Do not return the shoes until your claim has been approved. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Inspection and Resolution:

  • New and unused products: If a defect is confirmed upon inspection, you will receive an exact replacement or a warranty gift card.
  • Used products: Claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product condition and the nature of the alleged defect.
  • Normal wear or misuse: Damage resulting from regular wear, improper use, or misuse is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.
  • Unconfirmed defects: If no manufacturing defect can be verified after inspection, the item will be processed according to our standard Return Policy.
  • Houston Customers: You can bring your shoes to our Houston store for in person service.
  • The item was paid in full by the customer. No gift card or alternative payment method was used. Warranty claims will be processed according to the original purchase

Bags are not guaranteed under any manufacturer’s warranty. However, if your purchase is within 30 days, Pickleball Express will review your claim for defective items.

  • Do not return the bag until your claim has been approved.
